Personal Protection Clas
Personal Protection Classes, Children's Know n Go Classes, Rape Free Classes are offered several times a year.
Personal Protection and Awareness classes offer simple and effective ways to avoid trouble and also to allow yourself to escape a situation. These classes are for ages 13 & up. Those attending who are between the ages of 13 and 18 must bring a parent or legal guardian for this class also.
Classes for children offer safety tips on avoiding bullies and escaping dangerous situations. While covering situations and concerns that all parents have, these classes are fun and give the students defense tools and overall confidence. These classes are for ages 6 - 12.
Rape Free classes use the techniques taught in the Personal Protection and Awareness classes while discussing and practicing escaping from rape situations. These classes are for ages 13 & up. Those attending who are between the ages of 13 and 18 must bring a parent or legal guardian for this class also. Note: In order to attend this class, you must attend the Personal Protection and Awareness class.
